St Leonards woman guilty of theft from charity shop

Rosemary Turner of St Leonard’s Caught Stealing Teddy Bear and Flowers from Charity Shop

Rosemary Turner (55), of Mulberry Court, pleaded guilty to stealing potted flowers and a teddy bear worth £270 from Barnardos in Bournemouth on 20th August 2022 in front of the Poole Bench.

To compensate for the theft, Turner was required to pay a sum of £135 that would be taken from her benefits and the court declined to impose any other charges due to her financial limitations.

Furthermore, she was given an 18-month conditional discharge.
